General Eligibility Requirements
- Nationals of Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden, and the United Kingdom are eligible.
- Applicants must hold a valid national passport from the participating country and ordinarily reside in that country.
- Age requirement is between 18 and 30.
- Must demonstrate financial sufficiency for maintenance during the stay in Hong Kong, e.g., bank statement or saving account passbooks.
